Popular food made of Phuket's Ingredients I first ate in Palm Seaside of TwinPalms
When I think of Twin Palms Phuket Resort, I first think of the wonderful logo of Twin Palms. I don't know who made it, but the logo is always new and refined even though it was made a long time ago.
Such a well-made logo is worth more than an advertisement made at the expense of tens of millions of dollars. Frankly, I traveled all over Thailand, but the logo of TwinPalms Phuket Resort is the most beautiful and wonderful.
The TwinPalms PalmSeaside, Catch Beach Club, and Bake Bakery Shop are also excellent in design. All of these TwinPalms Phuket Resort-related businesses are unique and artistic in design. In addition, these facilities reflect the nature of the resort, giving travelers and locals "vigor, freshness and pleasure."
I think the owner of all these projects is a pioneer ahead of his time. Many of the Phuket resorts have great natural environments and various facilities, but when it comes to design, most of them run in the 1990s. Since Phuket's main customers are Europeans, Phuket resorts must be original, think about the environment, and impress all travelers in order to meet their eye level.
TwinPalms have a good understanding of this part. To be honest, TwinPalms is neither a beach-front resort nor a large estate. However, it continues to lead Phuket resorts by creating something with excellent design. As TwinPalms Phuket makes a beach club, other resorts make a beach club, and TwinPalms makes a unique party, so other resorts make a similar kind of party. After all, the Phuket travel market is bound to pay attention to the TwinPalms.
I was invited to this wonderful TwinPalms Resort for a night, followed by lunch at PalmSeaside. I enjoyed an unforgettable lunch because Khun Jom, widely known as the sales manager of Phuket Hotel, guided me to this lunch. Khun Jom never takes a break. She keeps finding and creating something and enjoying it. I have a vague idea of what she's been trying for the last eight years.
She finally became a marathon runner after strenuous efforts to know the importance of health, followed by a professional athlete who was good enough to be a fitness instructor. Her face is self-confident and relaxed. In a highly competitive Phuket hotel-to-hotel, there is not a shred of slack as a sales manager, and whenever she has time, she exercises that require tremendous strength.
Khun Jom's all this work can't be done without her sincerity. Frankly speaking, it is impossible for her to exercise so hard as a mother with two sons and as a sales manager. Young hotel sales managers also want to rest after work. Young sales managers may be surprised to know KHun Jom's routine.
The lunch at Palmside is really special for the following reasons.
1. Dining at a restaurant-bar-Palmseaside full of pleasure.
2. The ingredients produced in Phuket and enjoyed the food that can only be tasted in Phuket.
3. Being guided by Khun Jom, who is writing a new history as a hotel sales manager in Phuket.
The dishes I ate were a crab meat dish and special one which are mainly made of prawns and weed called 'Yaa Chung' produced in Phuket Sea. The beautiful view of the sea was good, the cool breeze was good, and what was even better was eating with Khun Jom, whom I admire. I think lunch on this day will remain a pleasant memory for me.
