에어아시아등 인터넷으로 정보를 잘못오기했을 경우 해결하는 방법

 

 

많은 분들이 에어아시아,방콕에어등등을 인터넷으로 예약하는 경향들이 있습니다.

그런데 종종 잘못알거나 잘못기입해서 불필요하게 비용을 내는 경우들이 많습니다.

 

참고로 에어아시등을 인터넷으로 예약할 때 여권번호,이름등등을 잘못기입했을 경우,

인터넷상에서 고치려면 돈이들어가는 경우들이 많습니다. 적지않은 비용입니다.

 

이럴 경우에는 인터넷상에서 고치려 하지말고 현지 공항에서 보딩패스 받을 때 고치는 것이 좋습니다.

인터넷상의 예약시스템은 무언가 고치려할 경우, 돈을 내는 프로그램으로 운영됩니다.

 

아래 내용을 보면 여권번호를 몰라 운전면허번호를 기입한 사람도 보딩패스 받을 때 고쳐 아무

문제가 없다는 내용등이 나옵니다. 사실, 이들이 가장 중요시하는 것은 영문 성함입니다.

 

성별 오기, 여권번호오기등등에 너무 민감해 하지 마세요.

탑승권 받을 때 여권보여주면 됩니다.

I checked their FAQ's and they said nothing about the fees for passport number change. They only specified fees for name changes. Not only that, but their fees are quite high relative to the price of the ticket. The name and address match up with my passport and state identification cards. I will also have the credit card I used to book the flight on me. My question is...will I be able to board the flight even though one of the digits on my passport number is incorrect on the flight confirmation? Has anyone else been in this situation before?
