 Both the UK and the US have now downgraded their travel advisories for Bangkok and other provinces hit by the floods.

영국과 미국 정부 둘다 현재 홍수피해가 있는 방콕과 다른 지역에 대한 여행안전수칙을 완화하고 있다.

 

Before it was “recommends against all but essential travel to these areas of Thailand”.

전에는 태국의 홍수지역으로 필수적인 여행외에는 제한할 것을 추천했다. 

 

 Now it is “advises caution” which is what I have been saying.

지금은 내가 말해왔던 것과 같은 " 조심을 당부하는 것" 정도이다.

 

A number of experts have been coming out to say that inner Bangkok is no longer under threat of a flood. 

많은 전문가들은 방콕중앙은 더이상 홍수피해에 놓여있지 않다라고 밝히고 있다.

 

 However, it is still best to exercise some caution if you are coming to the city.

그러나, 만약 당신이 방콕으로 온다면 몇가지 주의를 하는 것은 여전히 말할 필요조차 없다.

 

Not all areas are flood-free but some are seeing a drop in levels.

(방콕의) 모든 지역이 홍수에서 벗어난 것은 아니지만 몇몇 지역은 수위가 내려가고 있는 것이 보인다.

 

I noticed in Rangsit on Saturday, to the north of the city, that although they are still deeply flooded, the water had dropped significantly judging by high water marks.  나는 지난주 토요일 랑싯을 살폈다. 비록 이 지역은 여전히 깊이 침수중이나.

수위는 수위표로 판단하건대 두드러질정도로 떨어졌다.

 

Even in Pinklao, on the western side of the river, water has gone down there and Central shopping mall re-opened on Sunday.심지어 강 서쪽에 위치한 삔까오 지역에서 물은 사라지고 센탄 쇼핑몰이 일요일 재오픈했다.

 

 

 

If anyone tells you that the Grand Palace or the Reclining Buddha is closed because it is flooded, DON’T BELIEVE THEM!

  만약 누군가가 홍수 때문에 왕궁이나 와불상이 문닫았다고 하면 절대로 믿지 마라.

  왕궁은 현재 개방하고 있다.

According to Ayutthaya’s governor, Bang Pa-in Palace & Bang Sai Royal Arts & Craft Centre were not flooded (Nation)

 아유타야 주지사에 따르면 방파인과 방사이 로열 예술 공예 센터는 침수되지 않았다.

On Saturday 12 Nov I drove to Ayutthaya and already found some tourists (report)

   11월 12일 토요일 아유타야를 차로 다녀왔고 이미 몇몇의 관광객들이 눈에 띄였다.

 삔까오 지역의 수위가 내려가고 있다. 센탄백화점은 11월 13일 일요일 오픈했다.

 

Siam Park City has floods in the area but still open. Free entry and half price rides this week

시암시티 공원은  일부 지역이 참수상태이지만 개방하고 있다. 입장이 무료이고 이번주중에 가격이 평소 입장료 반값으로

 오른다.

 

They are now saying Rama 2 road can be saved .

    라마 2세도로는 안전하다.

 

BKK-Chiang Mai trains at 8:30am & 6:10pm. Trains very crowded. Trip takes 5 hours longer than normal

방콕-치앙마이 구간 기차는 오전 8시 30분과 오후 6시 10분에 있고 매우 혼잡하다.

평소보다 5시간 더 걸린다.(북동부 지방인 이산구간으로 돌아가기 때문이라고 합니다.)

Chatuchak Market was open last week despite floods but most shops were empty. Doubtful they will open this weekend

차투착 주말시장은 홍수에도 불구하고 지난주 개방했다. 대부분의 상점들은 텅볐다. 이번주 오픈할지는 확실하지 않다.
