Thai Bar Girl's Ten Commandments(태국 술집여성들의 십계명)

*다음은 태국 방콕, 푸켓,파타야,치앙마이등의 유흥가를 가시는 분들을 위해
올리는 글입니다. 술집에서 만나는 태국여성들은 여행자들보다 고수라는 것을
항상 염두하시기 바랍니다.
1. Late week, specifically Friday and Saturday, many locally employed walking ATM machines will come to your bar. 주말, 특히, 금요일과 토요일, 지역에 따라 걸어다니는 많은 atm기계들이 당신의 바에 올 것이다.
Choose carefully! 주의 깊이 골라라!
Some have money, but others do not! If he is wearing a suit and tie, check that the tie is not a Pratunam special and check that he isn't wearing tennis shoes.몇몇 사람은 돈을 가지고 있으나 몇몇은 돈이 없다. 만약 그들이 정장을 하고 넥타이를 착용하고 있다면 그 텍타이가 프라투남시장표 넥타이가 아닌지,그가 테니스 슈즈를 착용하고 있지는 않은지 확인하라!

Simply change the name on each email and send it off to all of the guys.

If you can remember something specific about them, mention that in the email too.

These walking ATMs all have a soft heart, so you need to tell them a story to get them to send you some of their riches. 이 걸어다니는 ATM기계들은 모두 부드러운 마음을 가지고 있다. 따라서, 너는 그들이 너에게 그들의 부의 일부분(돈^^)을 너에게 보내기위해서는 어떤 이야기를 그들에게 만들 필요가 있다.
Start with a sick buffalo and if he doesn't reply, next tell him that your mother is sick.

5. When you get a customer for an extended period of time, make sure he takes you shopping, with rarn tong (gold shop) the best place to visit. 너가 좀 더 시간을 함께 보내고 싶어하는 고객이 있다면 방문하기 가장 좋은 곳인 금보석점으로 쇼핑갈 수 있다고 말하라!
Make sure he buys you gold and if he doesn't, see rule 4!
반드시 그가 너에게 금을 사주도록 해라, 그리고 만약 그렇게하지 않으면 위릐 룰 4를 참고하라!
As soon as he has left Thailand, take the gold back to the shop and sell it straight back to them, thus increasing your pay out.그가 태국을 떠나자마자, 그 금을 그 가게에 도로가져가서 그 것을 그들에게 즉각 팔아라. 그렇게 함으로 너의 수입은 증가할 것이다.
6. When locally based farangs are inside the bars, do not speak in Thai with your friends in the bar but rather use Lao, Khmer or any other dialects that you may know.
태국에 사는 유럽인들이 바안에 있을 때에는 바안의 친구와 이야기할 때에 태국어로 이야기하지말고, 라오스어, 캄보디아어나 아니면 너가 아는 사투리를 사용하라.
It's bad enough that some of them can speak and even read Thai, but Lao and Khmer should be kept as sacrosanct. 그들중 몇몇은 태국어를 말하거나 심지어는 읽을 수 있지만 라오스어나 캄보디아어는 침범할 수 없는 영역으로서 남을 수 밖에 없다.
(태국 술집 여성 상당수가 태국북동부 이산지방이라 불리우는 캄보디아나 라오스지역인근 태국에서 온 여성들이기에 이와같은 설명이 나오는 것입니다.)
Under no circumstances should the farang be taught our regional dialects.
어떤 일이 있더라도 외국인들에게 우리의 지역 사투리를 가르쳐서는 안된다.
7. Always see him off at the airport.
항상, 공항까지 그를 배웅하라!
Thai currency cannot be used in his country, so it is highly likely that he will give you all of his leftover baht as he leaves and says goodbye.태국돈은 그의 나라에서는 사용불가능하다. 그래서 그는 안녕이라고 말하면서 떠날 때, 그의 남의 바트화를 다줄 가능성이 매우 높다.

Give Phuket a few years, then move on to Pattaya.
푸켓에서 몇년을 보내고 나서 파타야로 이동하라.
Even if you are approaching 50, it is no problem as the walking ATM machines seem to be blind in Pattaya.
비록 너의 나이가 50이 가깝다 할찌라도, 걸어다니는 ATM기계들은 파타야에서 눈이 멀기 때문에 문제가 되지 않는다.
